Factory Supervisor - Central Birmingham

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Factory Supervisor to join a busy & established manufacturer based in Central Birmingham. This role offers an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to secure an ongoing position after a successful interview.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and coordinating factory workers
• Ensuring production targets and deadlines are met
• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely & efficiently
• Acting as a link between workers and upper management

📋 Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence (essential)
• Previous experience in a supervisor/team leader position
• Strong attention to detail & accuracy
• Reliable, punctual & able to work independently

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:00pm
• Friday: 7:00am - 13:30pm
