Are you an experienced Facilities professional looking to join the UK's leading Facilities Management provider? We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to join us on a temporary basis, with a strong likelihood of becoming a permanent role in the coming months.

About the Role:

Based at a modern commercial building on Oxford Business Park, you will be the sole Facilities presence on site, responsible for one floor of the building. You'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the workplace and maintaining compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular site walkarounds and inspections

*

Oversee compliance checks and associated documentation

*

Manage stock replenishment for office and cleaning supplies

*

Act as the go-to point of contact for FM-related queries on site

*

Liaise with contractors and service providers as required

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a Facilities role (Coordinator or similar)

*

Confident working independently with strong organisational skills

*

Good understanding of compliance and workplace safety standards

*

Friendly, professional manner with a proactive approach
