Customer Service Representative Tasks & Duties:
Enter all orders, from a variety of sources: telephone, fax, mail, e-mail, electronic – whether directly from customers or from other client departments.
Connect with customers through outbound calls as needed. This could include following-up on purchases, comp copy feedback, or communicating special product deals.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the client product line, policies, and special programs and effectively apply this knowledge to all customer service situations.
Enter all customer credits and returns. Perform necessary research to allow timely processing of customer credits or other financial adjustments.
Interact with other client team members regarding activity from key accounts to help build a customer profile that becomes a basis for account growth, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty.
Maintain adequate customer service files and appropriate supporting documents.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of customer orders with the Distribution team prior to shipment.
Assist Customer Service Manager with new Customer Service Associate training as needed.
Perform related and special duties as assigned.
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
No prior experience is necessary we provide on the job training for all of our Customer Service Associates
Applicants should be posses excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service
Computer Literacy is required (MacOS, Windows)
