Registered Manager Domiciliary Care Brent Located Upto £50k basic + bonus + additional benefits + progression into more Senior roles Our client provides domiciliary care across Brent and surrounding areas. To further their growth they seek an experienced and qualified Registered Manager, with experience working within domiciliary care for their Brent based office. The Role As Registered Manager you will be responsible for both the growth and day to day management of the service. This will include:

• Creating tenders for Local Authorities
• Helping to market the services
• Updating and ensuring the effective implementation of policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance and safeguarding
• Management of office and care staff
• Assisting with the on-call (1 week in 4)
• Solving issues and problems in a calm and effective manner
• Ensure CQC compliance

The Person As a Registered Manager you must have worked as a Registered Manager in a domiciliary care setting previously. In addition you should be

• NVQ level 5 qualified
• Possess a DBS
