Responsibilities:

Supporting the classroom teacher with daily activities and lesson delivery

Working 1:1 or with small groups of students to reinforce learning

Assisting with behaviour management and classroom organisation

Creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

Supporting students with additional needs where required

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience working with children or young people (school-based or otherwise)

A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for education

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching & Learning) - desirable but not essential

An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
