£65,000 per annum Full Time Generous Bonus Great Benefits Experience Essential Good CQC A large, luxury care home in Poole requires an RGN, RMN or RNLD nurse qualified Home Manager to join their team to lead and develop the service. This fully CQC compliant care home looks after elderly residents and younger adults. Details of this Nursing Home Manager vacancy and what the successful candidate can expect to receive:
• Full time permanent contract
• The salary on offer for this post is £65,000 per annum
• Potential for a bonus of up to 40% against KPI’s

• Support with revalidation As Nursing Home Manager, you will oversee the clinical and operational management of the home, ensuring high quality care is provided and that the home operates at good levels of occupancy whilst effectively managing staff, budgets and resources. The skills, experience and qualifications required for this Nursing Home Manager post:
• NMC registered Adult General Nurse/RGN, Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Committed to ensuring the highest standards of resident care and safety
• Able to demonstrate excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of CQC essential standards and quality requirements
