We're hiring for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Glossop branch to help grow and develop a warm base of established, high-value clients. You'll be joining an experienced team that works hard, supports each other, and gives you the space to build your own desk properly.

What will you be doing as a Senior Recruitment Consultant?

* Generating new business through proactive sales (phone, face-to-face, and networking)

* Building, developing, and managing your own client base

* Partnering with hiring managers to deliver effective recruitment strategies

* Collaborating with the resourcing team to attract and engage high-quality candidates

* Working towards and exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets

What do you need?

* Previous experience in recruitment (essential)

* Strong business development and account management skills

* A results-driven mindset with a genuine motivation to earn and progress

* Experience in engineering or manufacturing (highly advantageous)

* Exposure to both temp and perm recruitment (preferred)

* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
