Description

Role Duties:

To provide professional print room services to customers, including provision of advice and operation
of print, finishing and other equipment to a specification and turnaround agreed with the customer.
To stock with paper and toner, replace components, clean and otherwise support the use of printers,
copiers and scanners throughout County Hall, and to assist with the stock control.

Management of external contractors when on site to ensure ESCC H&S policies are adhered to.
Maintain paper and ICT based systems and records including computer systems for designated
service area; accurately inputting and retrieving data as required and ensuring that it is stored
securely and confidentially where appropriate and that entries are kept up to date.
Experience of cash handling is desirable

The print room offers high volume, high quality print and finishing services. This service is
considered against external providers and the best value solution for the customer selected.
In addition to print production, this role is required to bind, fold, laminate, and otherwise finish
documents to a specification and turnaround agreed with the customer.

Printing of very sensitive information, such as - child protection court bundles, fostering and adoption
packs is required.
