Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Air Import Operator for a well-established Freight Forwarder based in the Feltham, Middlesex area.

Duties:-

• Assist in the preparation and processing of Air Import documentation
• Oversee the entire Import shipment process to ensure precise and timely bookings.
• Customs entries (CDS)
• Coordinate with airlines and overseas agents
• Track shipments and provide updates to customers
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Interact with customers professionally and courteously.

Ideal Candidate:-

• Air Import experience (start to finish)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
