I have a wonderful opportunity for an Accounts Administrator / Data Entry Clerk to join a large organisation in Liverpool City Centre on a long term Contract / Temporary basis covering maternity leave.
This role would suit a recent Graduate with some experience who is looking to gain further skills within the Accounts environment.
Liverpool City Centre based
This is a full time role within a high volume transactional environment requiring a fast and accurate Data Entry skills and some Purchase Ledger skills would be an advantage.
The successful applicant will join the Accounts Payable department and will be an integral part of the team.
Ideally you will:
*Have proven Accounts Administration experience
*Excellent Data Entry skills with high accuracy
*Be a confident individual who is self motivated, organised and reliable
*A personable individual who enjoys being part of a large team
*You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
*Be proficient in MS Excel (pivots/look ups)
