The Trinity River Authority of Texas, Central Regional Wastewater System


Trinity River Authority seeks a highly motivated engineer to provide leadership in the continuation of the Authority's Asset Management program for the one of the largest wastewater treatment facilities in Texas (162 MGD wastewater facility).  In addition, provides support and assistance in long-range planning for facilities development.  The position will require strong leadership and communication skills.  The candidate must be able to evaluate situations,  identify solutions and determine the best available options.  Candidate must be able to lead projects in a team environment and facilitate collaboration. This is an exciting opportunity to work with knowledgeable individuals in a dynamic learning environment..  Three years of experience in a related field or two year's of experience in a wastewater treatment plant.  Bachelor Degree required, preferably in civil, mechanical, environmental or chemical engineering.  Excellent benefits.  Candidate who currently holds a state of Texas Professional Engineers (P.E.) License, starting salary range of $66,910 - $78,000/year.  Engineer-In-Training (E.I.T.), starting salary range of $62,533 - $70,000/year.
