Contracts Manager - Volume Housebuilding

An established and highly regarded PLC housebuilder is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple residential developments across the West Midlands region.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for delivering high-volume housing schemes to programme, quality, and health & safety standards.

The Role

- Overseeing multiple live residential developments

- Managing and supporting Site Managers and build teams

- Driving build programmes and production targets

- Ensuring NHBC compliance and quality standards are maintained

- Full responsibility for H&S and overall site performance

- Reporting directly to the Construction Director

- Requirements

- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within a PLC volume housebuilder

- Strong track record delivering traditional build housing developments

- Experience overseeing multiple concurrent sites

- Excellent leadership and organisational capability

- Stable career history within recognised residential developers
