Your Day-to-Day:

• Carry out mould washing and redecorating in homes needing a fresh touch
• Travel across the Berkshire region within the housing portfolio
• Keep residents in the loop - great communication makes a real difference
• Maintain top health & safety standards - you know the drill
• Deliver emulsion decorating (two-tone colour schemes only)

What You Bring:

• A C&G/NVQ Level 2 in Painting & Decorating or solid experience in the field
• Hands-on experience dealing with damp, mould, and post-treatment redecoration
• A caring attitude - you're respectful, tidy, and empathetic to residents
• The confidence to work independently, and the team spirit to work alongside others
• A full UK license - van Fuel card and materials card provided
