Role:primary Learning Support AssistantLocation: South West Birmingham Start: As soon as possible

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to support children in our partner Primary Schools based in south west Birmingham.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll work closely with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), providing tailored support both in the classroom and in small group or one-to-one settings. You'll help students access learning, build confidence, and reach their full potential, while supporting teachers in maintaining a positive and inclusive environment.

You will need:

• Experience supporting children of all ages in a classroom setting
• A good understanding of Special Needs
• A DBS on update service (or be willing to apply for one)
