• Respond to daily fault requests within your designated patch
• Provide reliable, efficient, and courteous service to clients at all times
• Maintain and repair CCTV systems
• Oversee the care, maintenance, and repair of functional and managed control rooms
• Complete planned preventive maintenance schedules

We would be keen to speak with Field Service Engineers to with the following skills and experience:

• Strong knowledge of CCTV
• In-depth understanding of Access Control Systems
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge-sharing and team collaboration
