We are delighted to be retained by a family run Property Development business to hire their first Finance Director who will work closely with the Board of Directors providing strategic, financial and commercial intelligence.

Leading a small dedicated finance team you will:

• Present commercial management results in a timely fashion;
• Maintain strong relationships with bankers and other financial institutions;
• Be responsible for development funding and all associated reporting;
• Ensure the accurate filing of annual financial statements across a portfolio of subsidiaries;
• Provide guidance on cost control whilst ensuring there is the right mix of quality outcomes and profit;
• Be seen as an effective cohesive, impartial and trusted advisor.

To be considered for this exciting role, it is a pre-requisite that you have a background within the property sector ideally in small / medium sized organisations.
