Are you a current Registered General Nurse looking for a new challenge in a rewarding industry?

Our client is a forward-thinking Medical Device organisation, seeking a Clinical Trainer to join their regional sales team on a permanent basis. The Clinical Trainer will support, clinically educate, and ensure growth of on formulary target brands for their leading Advanced Wound Care and Compression portfolio to Nursing staff in Primary and Secondary Care across Scotland.

Ideal Requirements

* You will be a Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin.

* Previous experience in Woundcare is essential.

* Experience within hospital and community would be ideal.

* Ability to provide best-in-class training to customers of all levels.

* Full UK driving licence.

Role Responsibilities

* Support the Regional Sales team on maintaining existing and developing new compression business through the training of NHS Clinical Staff on compression aetiology and application of compression.

* Provide best in class clinical training to existing and new Nurse customers, enabling the Product Specialist to grow the brands.

* Provide innovative and valuable clinical training sessions that drive engagement from NHS Staff. Building positive customer relationships to position the business as Industry Partners of choice.

* Achievement of agreed KPIs and objectives including the effective use of the CRM system.

* Have a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the company products, policies, and objectives.

* Provide customers with relevant clinical product knowledge through effective presentation and listening skills.

* Take ownership of own Self-Development to ensure product, clinical and therapeutic knowledge is up to date.
