Roles & Responsibilities:

• A front of house role, in support of CX Workplace.

• Move from providing traditional deskside support to a dedicated onsite 'front of house' presence manning, owning & developing a tech bar style proposition.

• Migrate from providing KBA solutions & limited technical support service, to M365 product evangelist, listening to users and providing solutions and inputs into the CX roadmap for enhancements.

• Assisting the Product Head with business demand that arises through this front door, ensuring due process is followed.

• Collaborate with the Product Head and Business Change Specialist on constructing a roadmap of learning events for our colleagues to break down the unknown and enabling a work “smarter not harder” ethos..

• Driving and supporting adoption of Microsoft technologies, with a focus on value and risk in line with the Colleague Experience roadmap.

• Collaborate with the Colleague Experience Product Analyst on the M365 roadmap, understanding upcoming developments, ensuring alignment with Business Change Specialist on communications and readiness to support any queries.

• Understand and drive adoption of all of Microsoft accessibility features.

• Enhance current ITSM ways of working by supporting the implementation of a time booking system for discussions outside of the support BAU.

• Ensure that SNOW / JIRA records are maintained in an accurate and timely manner (and ensure that data integrity is maintained at all times) as prescribed by regulatory, legislative and company procedures.

• Manage the call queue and prioritise incidents adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations. Making sure that all controls and procedures are followed accordingly and avoiding SLA breaches.

• Carry out morning checks of Audio conferencing/Microsoft Teams room devices.

• Acting as the liaison between internal customers to facilitate testing within the Group for application testing and deployment activities.

• Provide on-site support for assets such as building and configuring devices, collecting, organising, and provisioning returned equipment, decommissioning assets, managing assets via CMDB and completing regular stock checks.

• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and legislative information related to client products and services (e.g. ICOB, FCA Rules, Money Laundering, Data Protection, etc.) as advised by Line Management and gain up to date knowledge of industry trends.

• May be required to Travel to other sites (London/Manchester/Reading/Wilmslow/Cardiff) as required to provide service coverage.
