We Do Group is supporting a highly successful, international technology group with the hire of a critical interim resource which will support the accounting integration of newly acquired entities into the group.
You will be joining an established international organisation, operating modern ERP systems and processes, with a remit to support the central accounting functions as they integrate a number of new entities internationally.
We are looking for an experienced operator at a Manager/Controller/Senior Accountant level who can advise on and improve processes/procedures but still get their hands dirty when required.
This position works closely with the Group FC as well as outsourced accounting service providers and The Head of Business integration.

- Prior experience of accounting/reporting for international entities in a complex organisation
- Experience working with outsourced accounting providers
- Experience establishing processes and controls in international entities
- Prior experience of supporting the integration of acquired entities or establishing new entities (and associated controls, process and reporting) would be highly desirable
- Prior experience working with Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs) would be beneficial
The Role
The successful Interim Finance Project Manager will lead the following:
- Collaborate with Central Accounting and feed into overall project planning.
- Support opening balance sheet reviews and purchase price allocation (PPA) entries, posting adjustments as required.
- Ensure timely review and consolidation of monthly financial data into group accounts under US GAAP.
- Establish and close down billing operations as required by TSA
- Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Act as a key liaison between group finance, local entities, and external advisors.
- Provide financial insights and updates to senior leadership on integration progress.
- Manage relationship with external advisors to deliver local statutory requirements.
- Transition BAU process to local / CoE Finance teams at the end of the TSA period.
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs), where required.
- Support on ad-hoc accounting topics.

We need someone detail orientated who seeks to improve processes and procedures wherever possible.
The business culture is agile and collaborative so you'll need to have the ability to challenge internal and stakeholders when appropriate while pro-actively seeking to make improvements wherever possible.
Salary & Benefits
£400-£450 per day for an expected 11 month contract term.
This role is based in modern offices near Wokingham and in office presence would ideally be at least once per week, however fully remote with occasional travel to the office 1-2 times per month during the initial onboarding will be considered for the right person.
