Residential Property Solicitor
Location: Clifton, Bristol
Salary: £40,000 - £65,000 (Dependent on Experience)

TSR Legal are proud to be working with a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm who are looking to appoint a Residential Property Solicitor to join their busy and collaborative team in Clifton. As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, providing high-quality legal advice to clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling a broad range of residential property matters, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

  • Shared ownership, new build, and unregistered property

  • Re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and equity release

  • Right to buy and lease extensions

• Managing files from instruction to post-completion

• Maintaining high standards of client care and communication

The successful candidate will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEx), or Licensed Conveyancer (CLC)

• Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in residential conveyancing

• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrate a proactive and organised approach to file management

• Be confident using case management systems and legal technology
