Due to business expansion our client are looking to recruit an experienced Mortgage Administrator/Completions Manager to join the business.

Role

• Based in our clients Twickenham office, this is a full time office based role working Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm with an hour for lunch.
• Chasing solicitors on cases from Mortgage offer to exchange and completion.
• Mortgage administration.
• General administrative duties and office support.
• Pro-actively assisting customers.

Candidate

• Previous Financial Services experience essential.
• Case checking.
• Maintaining records.
• Liaison with lenders.
• Professional.
• Confident.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• No professional qualifications required however, CeMAP is an advantage.

Package

• Basic salary to £35,000.
• Performance related bonuses.
