* Inspire Technological Creativity: Deliver engaging and practical Design Technology lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, and potentially 5, fostering a deep understanding of design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes relevant to the Barking industrial landscape and future opportunities.

* Develop Essential Skills: Equip students with vital skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, CAD/CAM, prototyping, and practical making across a range of materials.

* Contribute to a Culture of Innovation: Support and potentially lead extracurricular DT clubs and projects, enriching the technological understanding and creativity within our Barking school.

* Collaborate with a Forward-Thinking Technology Team: Work alongside dedicated colleagues in Computer Science and other technology-related subjects, sharing expertise and contributing to a vibrant learning environment.
