An Outstanding Ofsted-rated private nursery in Ilford is seeking a passionate and experienced Deputy Manager to join their dedicated team. The nursery cares for children aged 6 months to 5 years, providing a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment.

About the Role:

• Support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the setting
• Oversee staff and ensure the highest standards of care and education
• Maintain compliance with Ofsted and EYFS requirements
• Lead by example, supporting staff development and positive teamwork

Requirements:

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a nursery or early years leadership role
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding standards
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
