Are you early in your payroll career and looking to develop your skills in a nurturing environment? We're looking for a motivated Payroll Assistant to join our busy and friendly Payroll Team, supporting the smooth delivery of payroll services to a diverse client base.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some payroll experience who's eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term future within the business.

What you'll be doing:

🧾 Supporting accurate monthly payroll processing
📅 Assisting with year-end tasks (e.g. P60s, P11Ds)
📞 Helping to resolve client queries and provide excellent service
🗂️ Keeping payroll records and reports up to date
⚙️ Supporting the setup of new payrolls and pensions

What we're looking for:

🕒 Around 1-2 years of payroll experience (in-house or bureau)
💻 Confident using Microsoft Office & payroll software (Sage, BrightPay, Paycircle etc.)
📈 A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
🗣️ Strong communication and organisational skills
🌟 Ambitious, reliable, and looking to grow with us
