We are recruiting for a highly motivated Lead Quality Inspector to join a fast-paced, high-performance manufacturing environment specialising in high-end automotive and motorsport components. Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day activities of the inspection team, ensuring quality targets and delivery schedules are consistently achieved.
Oversee inspection processes to verify parts meet customer standards, including cosmetic checks of panels and surface finishes.
Attend quality meetings and collaborate with production teams to resolve customer concerns.
Ensure the team has the tools, resources, and support needed to perform effectively, including day-to-day HR requirements.
Record and communicate all non-conformances, maintaining accurate data in the internal quality management system.
Uphold compliance with quality management systems, processes, and industry standards.
Ensure measuring equipment is maintained, calibrated, and fit for use.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment.
Experience & Skills Required

Proven experience in a quality inspection role within a fast-paced or high-pressure industry.
Previous team leadership or supervisory experience with the ability to drive performance and meet daily targets.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in cosmetic inspection of components.
Excellent communication and written skills.
Confident using common computer applications.
Flexible, proactive, and calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills.
Experience in composites or automotive environments is highly desirable.
Knowledge of Romer Arm and PowerInspect (probing and scanning) would be a distinct advantage.
A strong awareness of health and safety at all times.
