Mobile position based around Blackburn, Lancashire, and Barrow-in-Furness covering Telephone Exchanges, Retail Stores & Commercial Offices
Salary up to £42,000 + Van, Fuel Card & Excellent Benefits
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (Flexible)

A leading Global Facilities Management provider is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a range of high-profile sites including telephone exchange centres, retail outlets, and modern commercial offices.

You'll be responsible for ensuring critical environments stay operational by delivering top-quality planned and reactive maintenance across HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across client sites.

*

Responding to reactive callouts including fault diagnosis, servicing, and breakdown repairs on VRV, VRF, and split systems.

*

Completing water temperature checks and tap flushing in line with compliance standards.

*

Managing your own daily schedule, ensuring timely completion of tasks and reporting.

*

Representing the company professionally while delivering high standards of work.

Salary up to £42,000, based on experience

Company van + fuel card

Flexible working hours - Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

On-call rota 1 in 6 - £165 standby + paid overtime

All tools and equipment provided

Parking available across sites

What You'll Need:

*

F-Gas certification (essential)

*

Experience working on VRV, VRF, and split-type AC systems

*

Solid background in reactive maintenance and fault finding

*

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

*

Full UK driving licence
