Electrical Manager/Electrical Package Manager/Electrical Senior Project Engineer

Ipswich, Suffolk

£80,000+ Package (accommodation, food & benefits package)

We are looking for two Electrical Managers to join a Main Contractor who are moving to site on a large Student Accommodation Scheme in Ipswich.

The scheme is split into three phases, so realistically you will be on site here for 18 months which is the scheduled handover. You will be provided with accommodation if necessary for the duration of this project as well as a daily food allowance regardless of if you are staying over.

Day to day you will be responsible for the following:

• Reviewing the consultants Designs and advising changes
• Identifying opportunities for Value Engineering
• Managing the Sub Contractor supply chain to deliver their packages
• Reporting to the internal PD on project progress alongside your Mechanical counterpart
• Leading meetings where necessary

Long term this role will evolve into a Senior PM or Project Lead role on other large projects after this one.
