As a Quality Manager, you will be an integral part of the business, ensuring that all food products meet regulatory standards, company guidelines, and customer expectations.

Role:

Lead and manage the company's quality management system (QMS) across the food retail operation.

Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure all products meet safety, regulatory, and company standards.

Conduct regular audits and inspections of suppliers and production sites.

*

Investigate and resolve quality issues, working closely with other departments to maintain product integrity.

*

Manage and improve internal training to ensure staff are aligned with quality procedures.

*

Develop and maintain strong relationships with external bodies such as regulatory authorities and suppliers.

*

Analyze data and feedback to drive continuous improvements and innovation in quality processes.

Candidate:

The successful Quality Manager will have...

Quality management experience of a QA Team, within the food retail or manufacturing industry.

*

Worked with customers with a hands-on approach.

*

Led supplier and customer audits

*

Strong understanding of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, BRC, ISO), excellent attention to detail, and the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.

A proactive, problem-solving approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for maintaining the highest standards of quality.
