RG Consultancy are pleased to be working with a manufacturer based in Trafford Park who are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. The candidate will join the team on a temporary basis to assist with general finance duties across Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and Credit Control.

The Role:

• Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes

• Process invoices, expense claims, and purchase orders

• Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end procedures

• Support the finance team with data entry and general ledger maintenance

• Help ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies

• Provide ad hoc administrative and financial support as needed

The Candidate:

• Previous experience in a finance or accounting role

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, QuickBooks - specify as needed)

• AAT qualification (or working towards, desirable)

The Package:

• £26-£29k (pro rata)
• 25 days plus bank holidays (pro rata)
