The role & about the client:

On behalf of our client, ITS Building People (Southampton) are searching for an experienced Grondworks Foreman to join a contractor that pride themselves in quality to start on a brand new residential development in Bristol, with at least 3 years worth of work.

This a great permanent opportunity that will come with a company van & fuel card.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting toolbox talks
Reporting and working alongside Site Manager and Contracts manager.
Maintaining site supervision and compliance with health and safety
Keeping site diaries
Managing the labour and putting men to work.
Managing sub-contractorsThe ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Groundworks Foreman on a Residential Projects.

Essential Qualifications/ experience required/ specific requirements for the role:

CSCS card.
SMSTS/SSSTS
First Aid
Full UK Driving License
5+ Years Groundworks ExperienceWhere a range of rate of pay is quoted the level of experience, qualifications & related training required is the minimum required in order to qualify for the lowest rate of pay quoted
