Property Block Manager - Fully Remote | London Portfolio

We're hiring an experienced Block Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential developments across London. Fully remote, with site visits as needed.

What You'll Do:

Manage a portfolio of leasehold blocks across London
Handle budgets, service charges, and financial reporting
Build strong client relationships - be their go-to
Coordinate maintenance, compliance, and major works (Section 20)
Attend and lead AGMs and residents' meetings
Keep everything running smoothly - from site inspections to contractor management

About You:

2+ years' block management experience
IRPM qualified or working towards
Confident communicator and highly organised
UK driving licence & access to a vehicle for site visits
