An outstanding secondary school in Slough is seeking a highly skilled Head of SEN & Inclusion to spearhead their SEND provision from September 2025. This role is ideal for a strategic leader committed to inclusive education and improved outcomes for all learners.

About the Role
You will define and implement the SEND strategy across 11-18, manage the SEN team and budget, and ensure compliance with legislation. You'll coach staff, engage external services, and champion inclusive practice and positive behaviour support across the school.

Key responsibilities will include:

Strategic SEND leadership and policy implementation

Line managing SENCOs, TAs, and inclusion staff

*

Overseeing EHCPs and ensuring high-quality interventions

*

Delivering staff training in differentiation and inclusion

*

Liaising with parents, Governors, and external agencies
