Are you an experienced Plumber with multi-trade skills looking for your next opportunity in West London?

We're looking for a Maintenance Technician (Plumber Multi) to join a dynamic and supportive in-house maintenance team. This is a hands-on, mobile role supporting residential repairs and maintenance in Slough, Brent, and Reading, with an initial 12-week assignment and potential for extension.

• Carrying out plumbing repairs & replacements: sinks, water tanks, bathrooms

• Multi-trade tasks including: basic carpentry, tiling, patch plastering, painting/decorating

• Delivering a high-quality, right-first-time service to residents

• Ensuring customer satisfaction and safety across housing maintenance sites

• Manual UK driving license (essential)

• Own hand tools (larger/specialist tools provided)

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (preferred)

• Previous experience in housing, maintenance, or construction environments

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach

• Unvented qualification (advantageous)

• Health and safety awareness

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
