We are seeking Individuals with Guest 1st, High Energy, Motivated, Self-Starter with high Standards, and Integrity and a desire to Grow with a 50+ year old Restaurant Group.
- Supervise and execute the standards:
- Food Safety
- Policy and Procedures
- Lead with over the top Customer Service, and resolve Guest issues that will provide consistent “Come Back” Service.
- Train, Develop and Motivate the TEAM
- People and Asset Management including but not limited to: Forecasting, Scheduling, Purchasing, Inventory Management, P&L Management
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- 3-5 years of previous Q.S.R. Management experience
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and great organizational skills
- Proven Track Record of Success
