Maintenance Co-Ordinator
Latitude Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Co-Ordinator, for our client based in Fareham.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work within the engineering and manufacturing industry within a well-established company who pride them self in great customer service and building lasting relationships.
We're looking for a Maintenance Co-ordinator to join the team, working closely with the companies talented engineers and collaborating with all departments to deliver top-notch customer service.
Key responsibilities:
• Customer Support & Queries: Manage the maintenance mailbox and respond to customer inquiries
• Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule maintenance visits to meet customer expectations, handle reactive calls and coordinate remedial works
• Parts & Quotations: Order parts, create remedial quotations with support from our Technical Supervisor (don't worry if you've not done this before - we'll support you!)
• Data Management: Collect and track customer data, such as FGAS logs, and send engineers job cards
• Invoicing & Renewals: Handle daily invoicing for completed works and monitor customer contract renewals
• Proposal Creation: Generate maintenance proposals for both prospective and existing customers
You'll be a key contact for all things maintenance related, as well as supporting other departments with accounts administration and ad-hoc projects as needed.

• An independent worker who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Well-organised, with a focus on prioritising tasks and meeting KPI's
• Experience with job management software (not essential - we provide training)
Salary:
£26,000 - £28,000 p/a
