We're are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a new volume housing site in Peterborough for a respected 5 star housebuilder. If you have timber frame experience, a passion for delivering quality, and a proven track record in site leadership, this role is for you.

Duties-

Overseeing full site delivery from groundworks to handover
Managing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Driving build programmes to meet deadlines and budgets
Ensuring high standards of site presentation, H&S, and compliance
Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the build
Championing quality and customer satisfaction across every plotWe're looking for someone with:

Timber frame and volume build experience
A strong track record in delivering high-spec housing developments
Ideally a Pride in the Job winner or similar accolades
Confidence in client-facing roles and driving performance on siteIn return you will be offered an attractive salary - open to negotiation for the right person with a £6.5K car allowance + 20% bonus
