Senior HR Business Partner

Hybrid working: 3 days on site per week.

We’re partnering with an award-winning beauty and wellness brand on the appointment of a Senior HR Business Partner.

Recognised as a UK Great Place to Work, this is a senior, hands-on role reporting directly to the CEO, with responsibility for delivering and embedding the people strategy during an exciting period of growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the business, rolling up their sleeves, and operating in an organisation (c.80–200 employees).

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner to the CEO and leadership team, supporting the delivery of high performance, engagement, and a strong team culture
• Provide pragmatic advice and guidance to managers on all people matters, including performance, development, engagement, and organisational effectiveness
• Lead and manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence processes
• Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices remain legally compliant and aligned with best practice
• Support hiring and the development of high-performing teams
• Drive employee development, engagement, and management capability
• Lead on employee relations and ensure consistent application of best practice
• Oversee HR operations, policies, and processes
• Partner with Finance to support reward, benefits, and payroll activities
• Use data and insights to inform decision-making and identify risks and opportunities

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner or HR Manager within a fast-paced, commercial environment (e.g. FMCG, retail, D2C or similar)
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law
• Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence senior stakeholders
• Hands-on, pragmatic, and solutions-focused approach
• Commercially aware, with the ability to balance people and business priorities
• CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) desirable.
