Quick Staff UK are recruiting for a Machine Operator to join an established manufacturing business based in the BS15 area of Bristol. This is a permanent opportunity with long-term stability, training across multiple machines, and excellent earning potential. If you've got machine operating experience and want a role with progression and an early Friday finish — this could be ideal.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth output

* Set up, adjust and maintain machines during production runs

* Carry out quality checks and inspections on finished products

* Troubleshoot minor machine faults and keep production running

* Complete production logs and records accurately

* Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment

* Work towards daily production targets as part of a team

Key Requirements:

* Previous machine operating or production experience

* Good attention to detail and quality standards

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Strong problem-solving skills

* Team player with a proactive attitude

* Willingness to learn and train on multiple machines

* Physically fit and able to stand for periods of time

Hours of Work:

* Monday - Thursday: 07:30 - 15:30

* Friday: 07:30 - 13:30

* 38 hours per week (early finish every Friday)

Pay & Benefits:

* £25,114p.a.

* Permanent role
