Are you an Operations Administrator or similar with a background in logistics or scheduling, looking to join an expanding company, who will offer you a hands-on varied role at the heart of the company, the potential for progression due to the ongoing growth of the business, as well as the opportunity to boost your earnings with a quarterly bonus?

On offer is the opportunity to join a well-run company that provides water hygiene and water treatment services throughout the UK to control and prevent Legionnaires' disease. Due to the nature of the small business, taking care of their employees and nurturing their development is the key to their growth and long term business strategy.

This role will see you at the heart of the company, organising the engineers and technicians, providing exceptional customer service and booking jobs. You will be based in the Thornbury area, overseeing and dictating the engineers schedule to make them as efficient as possible. This will require you to have previous experience in scheduling and decision making as well as being adaptable to provide the upmost organisational skills for the company.

This role would suit an Operations Administrator or similar with a background in scheduling or logistics, looking to join a well-run, efficient company, who are known for looking after their staff, offering a structured routine but a not so predictable workday and gives you the opportunity to progress and expand their skillset.

The Role:

Organising and scheduling engineers and technicians diaries
Processing sales orders and booking in jobs
Maintain booking log for future work
Monday to Friday (8am - 5:30pm)
Fast paced and unpredictable environment
