Our client, a rapidly growing medical diagnostics organisation is currently looking for a Global Distribution Manager to join their team near Bracknell.

Please note that due to the nature of the role, you'll need to travel regularly outside of the UK.

As a Global Distribution Manager, you will lead and grow their network of international distributors. This is a high-impact, commercially focused role for someone with a deep understanding of the diagnostics industry, ideally with hands-on lab experience and a proven track record in business development or international sales.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the global distributor network, ensuring strong performance, stock levels and market growth
Identify, onboard and manage OEM partners to integrate products into diagnostic workflows
Deliver technical product training and commercial support to partners across multiple regions
Represent the company at international exhibitions and conferences, showcasing products and expanding global reach
Collaborate with internal teams to align pricing, logistics and strategic planning, while maintaining accurate CRM and reporting
Requirements

Proven success managing international distributors or OEMs in diagnostics or lab sectors
Life Science degree or significant lab experience in pathology or microbiology
Commercially savvy, with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
