A forward-thinking property and construction consultancy in Liverpool is seeking a proactive Project Manager to join their North West team. The successful Project Manager will deliver a mix of commercial, leisure and education projects ranging from £2m to £30m.

This is a fantastic role for a Project Manager who wants to work in a collaborative team on diverse schemes, with clear support for professional development. The Project Manager will benefit from a strong local presence and long-standing client relationships.

The Project Manager's Role

The Project Manager will manage pre- and post-contract stages, including project planning, procurement, cost control and risk management. You'll work directly with clients and internal teams to deliver projects on time and on budget.

The Project Manager

Degree in a construction-related discipline

3+ years' project management experience in a consultancy environment

Experience with JCT and/or NEC contracts

APM, RICS or CIOB pathway preferred
