My client is a busy and vibrant organisation in the centre of Coventry and they are looking to recruit a receptionist/helpdesk administrator to join their team on a temporary basis ASAP.
Based on the front desk, this position will be responsible for the smooth running of the building operations, facilities and customer services.
You will provide excellent customer services, dealing with people face to face and over the telephone, dealing with queries and handling post, ensuring all recipients of deliveries are notified.
You will handle ad-hoc administration pertinent to the position.
Hours are Monday Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm
The ideal candidate will have a track record in an office based customer service role.
Also have high energy, customer focus and a consultative approach.
