Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join a commercial team supporting infrastructure projects. You will help manage project costs, contracts, and commercial documentation to ensure efficient and compliant delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents
Monitor project costs and issue financial reports
Manage variations, valuations, and final accounts
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Support procurement and contract administration
Maintain accurate commercial recordsSkills & Experience
Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or civil engineering
Strong cost planning, measurement, and commercial management skills
Knowledge of standard contract forms
Strong numerical, analytical, and communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and commercial softwareQualifications
Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
