Room Leader - £30,500–£33,000

This is a nursery where each room is fully set up to support different stages of development, with a large outdoor space that’s used as part of the day rather than occasionally. As Room Leader, you’ll take responsibility for how your room runs — from the standard of care to how the team works together and how children experience their day.

This role is perfect for someone who is confident leading a room, steady in how they work, and comfortable taking responsibility for both the team and the standard of care, while still being fully involved with the children day to day.

Before You Apply

• Experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner in an Early Years setting is required.
• A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential.
• This role is not suitable for candidates without room-level responsibility.

What You’ll Need

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience as a Room Leader or Senior Nursery Practitioner
• Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding requirements
• Ability to manage a room and support a team
• Good communication and organisational skills
