Dual Registered Manager for x 2 Children's Homes in Canterbury Kent CT1

We are currently recruiting for the position of Dual Registered Manager for 2 homes in Canterbury supporting x 4 beds across the 2 homes

Salary: £70,000 - £80000 per annum depending on qualifications and experienceWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

The successful candidate will also be expected to provide remote on-call support for staff, offering emotional support and guidance as needed.

Qualifications required for Dual Registered Manager

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People's Management)
• Level 3 Diploma Children and Young People
• Must be able to evidence reg 44 and Ofsted inspections

Key Skills / Experience of Registered Manager

• Managerial role within a Children's Residential setting: 2 years (Required)
• Must have at least 2 years of experience working with young people in Residential Care and at least 1 years of experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in Children homes
• Candidate must have previous experience in a role requiring supervision and management of care staff.
• Be able to demonstrate auditing, managing budgets and monitoring skills
• Can evidence knowledge of Reg 44 and Reg 45 reporting.
• Can demonstrate how to develop a staff team to ensure they have clear vision and goals.
• Has a good working knowledge of Children’s homes regulations and the Social care common inspection framework
• Has strong values and beliefs
• Has integrity and good character
• Can evidence experience of working with multi-disciplinary teams
