Fabricator

A well-established engineering and manufacturing business in the Milton Keynes area is seeking an experienced Fabricator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and enjoys working on a variety of bespoke and production-based projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabrication of components and assemblies using mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium
• MIG/TIG welding to a high standard
• Interpreting engineering drawings and working to precise tolerances
• Operating fabrication equipment such as saws, presses, grinders, and hand tools
• Completing builds from start to finish, including cutting, forming, welding, and finishing
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environment

Experience & Skills Required

• Proven background as a Fabricator/Welder within an engineering or manufacturing environment
• Strong MIG welding skills (TIG experience beneficial)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Confident working independently and as part of a close-knit team
• Good attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workmanship
