Responsibilities
* Assisting the General Manager in overseeing all activities with a roughly 70/30 wet to dry ratio
* Standing in for the General Manager when absent
* Day to day running of the location and overseeing staff
* Acting as the ambassador for the brand
* Diverse and adaptable approach to varying tasks
Experience and Background
* Experience within an alcoholic beverage environment
* Shift Supervisory or Assistant Manager experience
* A hands on approach
* First class approach to customer service
* Passion for food and beverage is advantageous
