You will be responsible for leading the Engineering and Maintenance function, setting site strategy, and driving reliability, performance, and continuous improvement across a fast-paced manufacturing site.

This role would Suit a Maintenance Engineer with Managerial experience, looking to develop their career and take autonomous control of a manufacturing site at a company who will invest in your future, whilst maximising work life balance with a 4-day working week.

The Role:

Managing a small team of Engineers
Driving continuous improvement in a busy manufacturing environment
Monday to Thursday - DaysThe Candidate:

Strong leadership experience or experienced managing a team
Ideally from a Multi Skilled background
Looking for a varied and autonomous role
