Site Manager - Facades & Cladding

Are you an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in facades and cladding? Do you want to join a specialist contractor delivering high-quality projects across the Midlands?

Our client is a leading subcontractor with expertise in:

* Rainscreen facades

* Brickslip systems

* Composite panels

* SFS & drylining

* Passive fire protection

They are seeking a driven Site Manager to take ownership of projects in Central Birmingham, ensuring high standards of delivery, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day site operations, managing subcontractors and site teams.

* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

* Maintain excellent health & safety standards on site.

* Liaise with clients, project managers, and senior leadership.

* Manage materials, logistics, and progress reporting.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager within the facades / cladding sector.

* Strong knowledge of rainscreen, brickslip, composite panel, SFS, drylining, or passive fire protection systems.

* Excellent organisational and leadership skills.

* Good understanding of health & safety regulations.

* CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications (or equivalent).
