🔎 The Role:

As a Temp & Perm Consultant, you'll be responsible for running a dual desk—placing both temporary and permanent candidates within the construction and mechanical & electrical markets. This is a 360 role where you'll handle business development, account management, candidate sourcing, and compliance.

You'll be expected to build strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates while maintaining a solid pipeline and delivering a high-quality service.

What We're Looking For:

2-3+ years' experience in recruitment (ideally within construction/M&E)

*

Background in both temporary and permanent placements is highly desirable

*

Proven B2B experience with excellent time management and organisational skills

*

Confident in business development, client meetings, and growing your desk

*

Strong knowledge of industry-specific compliance and legislation

*

Full UK driving license preferred
